Artwork Guidelines

File format

PNG with a transparent background is preferred. JPG files are accepted but will require the background to be removed. If you're unable to do this, please contact us before placing your order.

Image type

Full-colour photographs with a background are okay to print.

Resolution

Save your artwork at the highest resolution possible (200 to 300 DPI) and at the largest size to allow for any necessary resizing. We can print below 150 DPI, but the result may not be as clear and sharp.

File types

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and EPS. Please do not upload PDF files, as they will not process correctly in our system. We are not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect file formats.

Image quality

If you're unsure about your image quality, feel free to email us before placing your order.

* Note that checking multiple images may incur a review fee.

Responsibility

While we take great care to provide high-quality prints, it's your responsibility to supply artwork of at least 150 DPI and address any concerns regarding artwork or sizing.

Font size

To ensure proper adhesion to the garment, all text must be thicker than 0.5 mm. Thin text may not print correctly and could peel or fade during washing.
