Choose a product, select colour and size, choose DTF printing or embroidery, upload your artwork and add the item to cart. You can mix different garments, sizes and colours in the same order.

The minimum checkout quantity is seven physical garments in any combination. They do not need to be the same product, size or colour. Service fee products do not count toward the seven garments.

Some supplier and brand restrictions apply to blank apparel. Contact us before ordering if you do not require printing or embroidery, and we will confirm what is available.

We decorate garments supplied through Tee Syndicate. This lets us understand the fabric and provide a more consistent finished result.

Yes. For larger quantities, mixed uniform programs or more complex requirements, use our quote form so we can recommend the most suitable products and pricing.

High-resolution PNG artwork with a transparent background is useful for many jobs. Vector PDF, AI or EPS artwork is ideal where available. Visit our Artwork Guidelines for full preparation advice.

Yes. We confirm the artwork and placement before production. Production begins after the mock-up is approved.

Embroidery artwork needs to be converted into a stitch file. The digitising setup fee is charged once per order when a new logo requires digitising—not once per garment.

Direct-to-film printing transfers a full-colour design onto the garment using heat. It works well for detailed artwork, multiple colours and a wide range of apparel.

The standard embroidery option covers artwork up to 120 mm × 120 mm. Contact us for a quote for larger embroidery or unusual placements.

DTF is suited to detailed, full-colour artwork. Embroidery gives a textured, premium finish and is popular for polos, work shirts, jackets and headwear. If you are unsure, send us your design and we will advise.

Timing depends on garment availability, quantity, decoration and artwork approval. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is achievable.

Wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach and harsh detergents, do not iron directly over decoration, and follow the garment care label. Air drying is recommended where possible.

Contact us promptly with your order details and photos of the issue. Custom items are made specifically for you, but we will assess production faults in line with our store policies and Australian Consumer Law.
