Overview
This website and service are operated by Tee Syndicate, a family-run business specializing in Direct to Film (DTF) transfers and vinyl transfers for apparel. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to our Terms of Service, including the policies outlined herein.
Products & Services
Tee Syndicate provides custom apparel printing using both DTF and vinyl transfers. We print on-demand and require final artwork approval from the customer. Please note that colors displayed on digital screens may not exactly match the final printed product, as slight variations can occur due to differences in monitor settings and the printing process. Our services are tailored to various types of apparel, and we reserve the right to refuse service for offensive or inappropriate designs. We also cannot guarantee exact print placement, and minor variations in print location are considered acceptable within industry standards.
Design Process
Customers are required to use Tee Syndicate’s online design tool to upload their artwork. Before production, customers must review and approve their final design. This approval confirms that they are satisfied with the design, layout, and artwork. Tee Syndicate will not be responsible for any errors or dissatisfaction post-approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check their design prior to final approval. Once approved, the design will proceed to production, and no further changes will be possible without incurring additional costs.
Ordering Process
Upon placing an order, customers are responsible for submitting correct artwork and adhering to our artwork guidelines. Once approved, orders will proceed to production. Any changes after approval may result in delays or additional charges.
Payment Terms
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of 10% GST. We accept payments via PayPal and Credit Card, as well as check or purchase order for qualified organizations. Tee Syndicate will begin processing orders once payment has been verified. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipment & Delivery Times
Orders are generally delivered within 5-15 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method. These times are estimates and may vary. For rush orders, please contact us for availability. Additional fees may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Tee Syndicate is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal service or courier companies. Please be aware that delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control.
Returns Policy
Tee Syndicate takes great care to ensure all orders are accurately fulfilled and of high quality. Returns will be accepted only if: (a) the blank items are materially flawed, (b) the printing quality does not meet reasonable expectations, or (c) the final product differs from the customer’s approved design. Custom apparel cannot be returned for any other reason. If you’re not satisfied with your product, please contact us at orders@teesyndicate.com.au. We will do our best to assist you and address any concerns you may have.
Intellectual Property Rights
Tee Syndicate respects the intellectual property of others and requires the same from its customers. By submitting designs, you warrant that you own or have permission to use the intellectual property involved. Tee Syndicate reserves the right to reject any designs it deems inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights.
Colour Matching
While Tee Syndicate strives to provide the best possible prints, exact Pantone or color matching cannot be guaranteed due to variations in inks, garment materials, and other factors. Customers should expect slight variations in colors between design files and final products.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Tee Syndicate harmless from any and all claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of our site and services, your violation of this agreement, or your infringement of third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
Tee Syndicate is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
